Half Term self-defence class for teenagers a huge success!

We held a self-defence class for 20 people age 13-18, led by Sensei Linda.

The hour-long session was devised to teach fundamentals of self-defence; handling common types of aggression like pushes, grabs and pulls and ended with some fun pad-work.

Sensei Linda says “it was wonderful to see so many young people come through the doors, bursting with energy and already within an hour see how that energy becomes focussed through training and hard work.”
